We started collecting John's paintings in 1994 and have added to our collection over the years. John's art work has a timeless beauty that has easily adapted to our changing lifestyles over the years. His paintings are original and have the ability to stir different emotions and feelings in each person that views them. His range in subject matter allows for his paintings to be found in Boardroom offices to cottage porches, each adding to their surroundings.
My Wife and I will add to our collection and support this talented artist. John's vision continues to amaze and will always have a place in our home.

Wow! John’s art speaks to the spirit inside me. Through his art I see the beauty in everyday occurrences and it causes me to stop and think about the world in which I live. His work is inspiring! I have several paintings in my home and I love them all!

Our house proudly boasts two paintings by John MacEachern of Toronto, Canada. During his time spent in Australia he has managed to capture the essence of both the country's engrained beach culture as well as a glimpse into its rural counterpart. In his watercolour entitled, Between The Flags, he has depicted the ferocity of the often violent surf and riptides at Bronte Beach (Sydney). A beach which ever demands the necessity for the iconic Australian gold and red surf life-saving flags. His painting, Calm Before the Storm is an absolutely striking pastel of golden, sun-drenched fields as he saw them moments before the green-black summer sky opened up with showers of hail and rain. We are thrilled to now be able to view and purchase his work online, but of course look forward to his returning in person to Australia in the near future.

The first “MacEachern” that came into my possession 32 years ago was a wedding gift. From that early work in pastel, John has matured as an artist and explored new mediums along his creative journey. The results of John’s love of learning and commitment to his art can be seen in his wonderful applications of water colour and egg tempera. His work always reflects a love of story telling and a sensitive understanding of life and nature.
